i need help please with my headlights

hello,, i had the car in a bodyshop for painting the front because of the stone chips, and the guy removed both headlights,,,after puting them back the HID bulb on the driver side didnt work,, we thought the bulb burned,, but after puting a new one we found out that the bulb was fine,, when you put the same headlight at the pasinger side,, dhe headlight works,,, now when you disconect the light control module and conected again the light works for as long that the car is runing,,after you turn the car off for 10 min or more and you start the car,, the headlight lowbeam doesnt turn on,, is very weerd and no shop cant explain,,
the problem is only with dhe driverside lowbeam, the rest of the lights work,, and for shure is not the headlight, couse i put a brandnew asembly and it does same thing,,.
thanks in advance for your help....
