OBD "weird" C I C messages

Been a while since I initiated a thread here,so i hope this will be useful to all.
After doing some research and asking BMW dealer electricians I still do not have an answer to my query,so i am hoping that someone else here has the same OBD messages as me and will be able to shed some light on the subject!
Talking about "light",I too have some bad pixels on my Instrument cluster,so i am not 50% sure if the "I" in the C I C is an "L" or an "E".
The messages I get are as follows:-
C I C 6-08
C I C 4-01
+ a few other number combinations ,which I cant remember now.but I will get my phone ready next time and get a photo.

I get theses messages when driving along in different situations .A message comes up...stays lit for about 5 seconds, goes off and then I may only get it again 2 days later and with different number combination!
Could these messages be related to pin pointing the location of the bad pixels?

Thanks to all.
