NEW Transmission Installed Today under Warranty (or is it)

I picked up my X today from the local dealer, after 4 visits with the infamous "CLUNK" they opened up a PUMA claim and changed my tranny.....

When i was reviewing the paperwork I noticed that it is a re-manufactured transmission, not a brand new one.

Does anyone have any comments about this. Maybe someone who has been in the same situation.

Does it make a difference, were they supposed to put in a brand new tranny from the factory?
