I think they will fit OK, but they have a different pattern on them. They are more "clear" with horizontal lines. The '02 has a "dot" pattern in them and if you want them to match what is in your tailgate, you would have to change out all 4 pieces. I was going to do that when I added my whites, but I had just purchased the Dinan downloads at the same time and didn't want to spend another $200+ for the tailgate lenses............plus they didn't have them in stock at the time.
