Hey Phily! Thanks for your input.

One question though, you've mentioned your complaints regarding the functionality... Did you get this problem fixed? It's one thing to have an upgraded look on your car, but can't have my car light not working properly...

also, did you have to purchase the bulbs separately?

The only way to fix the problem with the bulbs (they wont come up for several seconds when I start the car) is to use OEM bulbs. For some reason 03 X5 OEM ballasts "don’t like" eBay bulbs... This was also mentioned under "Group Buy thread for DEPO Lights"

I decided not to use these headlights - like the look but the projector is not for HID/Xenon lights and thats why the light output is not so great.
I will try to take additional pictures today.

I purchased DEPO lights with LED halos from group buy, they should be here tomorrow and I will post some pictures again so you guys will have opportunity to compare them to eBay headlights

Those ones don't have CCFL :/ so how can the rings be as bright as they are in his pics?

I still wonder if the H7 adapters you're using is what's really causing the beam pattern problems you're having.

I dont think so - the adapter itself did not raised the bulb allot from the original housing, really minimal difference. I will try to post some pics today or tomorrow for you.

Im using my stock halogen headlights/fogs with 6000k HID and the light output is great.. these headlights look awesome but its probably just the quality of the projector. that price just seems too good to be true for how sick they look. pics of the light pattern please!

Yes, with stock lights/HID projector + 6000K is awsome but these eBay lights is different story - they are not HID lights - projector is different.

hey philly x5, are these projectors of yours perform as close to xenon headlights (only interms of brightness?) i care less about the self leveling feature...

or is it just same as old halo headlight performance?

also, what's the highest light bulb you can use for this new projector off ebay? and what was the hightetst light bulb you could use with older halo headlight?
