I the ULF Bluetooth broken?

I have just bought a TCU unit, for my bluetooth. there is no life in the unit. It is not charging the phone or doing nothing.

I was told that i needed a TCU unit to get the phone to work.

Is it the ULF in the back that isnt working? is it this that supply the power to the TCU unit?

There is no light in the syncro button either?

I am not able to pair the phone to the car either, no flashing lights on the nav unit. No passkey requirements. nothing.

Any ideas? I have checked the fuses etc. i dismounted the battery for 30 minuts aswell no luck.

As i press the R/t button on the steeringwheel, it says activate phone. But thats it. There is nothing in the telephone meny either, but i have telephone in the meny as an option.
