Question Time Won't Show

This bugged me in the beginning, and then forgot about it for a while. 1.5months ago, the dealer did Inspection 2 and ever since the time won't show in the instrument cluster at start-up. You have to manually push the BC button on the turn signal stalk to get it to show up. I know it's kinda silly, but do you guys have any suggestions?

This may be just as silly but push and hold the BC button and see if all the options are checked. Go thru and un-check them then re-check them. Sometime computers need a nudge to get them to do what their suppose to.

Just tried it. No luck. What could the dealer possibly do at inspection to have this happen?
