Yes I did contact them. My resistors are on their way. Could you post a link to your install pictures?

Thanks

Less warranty, cost $30 more and doesn't have free shipping - but it says 'euro' on the ballast...to each their own. Seems there are even better deals at www.ddmtuning.com compared to the place I purchased mine from recently.

HID kits are getting so affordable now that they're almost costing less than Sylvania Silverstars or some other overpriced halogen bulbs purchased locally.

The warrenty is deffinitly less being only a year and a half but considering you don't need to but the bulb out cancellers and the warrenty is as simple as cutting the defective wires of the bulb or ballast that went out take a pic and it gets replaced instead of having to send back a part to be tested then replaced. Seems worth it but hey. You get what you pay for right!

LOL...I've got 3 BMW's which I originally stickered for well over 50k, yet I purchased all of them for easily 1/3rd the price w/ around 70k on each one. So no, you don't always get what you pay for. As for their warranty, it reads absolutely no questions asked on the HIDextra ones also, so I don't know where this cutting of wires stuff is that you're referring to. Supposedly our kits didn't need cancellors either since they're also a digital ballast, but its something w/ BMW's that they're still needed. For $30 less i'll plug in 3 connectors instead of 1. Let us know how they work out.
