Easy Window Regulator Repair

I was in line for the car wash at the gas station and, after I had paid and was just about to drive in, I tried to put up the windows...

The front passenger window was stuck all the way down.

I went home and started going through the procedure to remove it, hoping for a DIY fix. I noticed when I got the door panel off and moved the window up slightly to loosen the bolts, the bolt in the picture below was not screwed in at all. The bolt was just sitting there in the channel. I picked it up, screwed it in and then the window worked perfectly.

I then pulled it and the other one like it out, put some locktite on and put them back in. I put the door back together and everything is fine.

Would the dealer have put in a new regulator anyway?
