Pre-Cut Lamin-X Film (Yellow)

I just bought a pair of Yellow Tint Film for my Fog lights. I have 8000k h.i.d's right now but i want to know how my X would look with Yellow Fogs in real life.

When i get them in the mail ill take before and after pictures. Going to take like 5 - 7 days

Why would you ask about how they would look after you have bought them?

Anyway, a quick search of "yellow fogs" or similar should get you an answer. Even better, a quick glance at your signature can also give you an answer!

You can buy 3000k bulbs on ebay for <$20 shipped...probably a better option than yellow film...

If you have the common aftermarket style plug like the one pictured below ( see the dual plugs on the bottom of the picture-red and blue wires) then it will be a direct plug and play with no cutting wires. Since you already mounted the ballasts, it will be as easy as switching out a halogen bulb.

Said ebay bulbs (there are ton of other sellers with similar prices-this is just the first that came up):

ok i just got the pre-cut Film in the mail today from Lamin-X. I thought they were going to look nice with the H.I.D's in my fogs but it looks like my 8000k H.I.D's are TOOOOO bright for the film. After i've installed the yellow film and i turn my fogs on i went to the front of the car and looked at the fogs and it looked ugly. A mixture of Blueish/Greenish. I took them off rite after i looked at them for the first time. I gave them to my cousin and hes going to put them in his fogs on his 08 VW T-Reg2 which has reg. bulbs in the fogs.

If anything ima go for 3000K in my fogs. What do you guys think??

* 3000k ????

* 6000k ????

* don't change and keep 8000k ????

Come on...this is kinder garden coloring class. Blue + Yellow = Green. You could have seen that coming, right?
Go 3k if you want functionality
Go 5k if you want to match your headlight
Anything above 6k is pointless. I've seen a few people with 8k and 10k bulb, which doesn't throw out any light at all - that very dangerous and should be illegal.
