Pretty common issue with the X. Here is a thread I started awhile back when I discovered the same thing.
http://www.Xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-foru...-my-4-6-a.html I should pull the same plug and see if the leak is gone since I replaced the valve cover gaskets.

By the way, what ignition coils did you upgrade to? Notice any difference?
