Speaker issue! HELP!

Monday morning on my way to work I was listening to music when I started to hear some sort of interferance loud noise. Couldnt tell what it was until I got to work, and hoped into the back seat and automatically knew it was coming from the rear drivers side door. I didnt hear it at all on my way home.

Tuesday morning on my way to work I couldnt hear anything, and thought it was just some sort of glitch or something that just "went away. However yesterday after work the noise became incredibly loud, to where it almost scared me into a heart attack! Again didnt pay much attention to it and was going to check it when I got a chance.

This morning all my speakers arent working! I cant hear a little bit of static/interferance with the volume on full blast! WHAT DO I DO!? I dont even know where to start! Of course I just came off of warranty on 11.03.09!! Please if anyone has an idea please let me know!
