A can; all the brands come in about the same size; maybe a pint or 2 pint can...Aimsol synthetic, Dexron III,
or the stuff from the local dlr.
I've done a full change out, using the turkey baster method, and still
have some left. The "power steering" fluid is ATF fluid.

A qt will last quite a while...the "baster method", while not high tech or even
competent mechanics, simply replaces the fluid in the reservoir using a "turkey
baster" bulb and pipette gizmo. Be careful not to remove existing fluid below
the inlet hole in reservoir. It may take a few/several repeat sessions to get most
of the existing fluid replaced by the fresh fluid...I did it over a weekend, suction
the fluid out, adding fresh, driving a bit, repeat...and repeat. Not hard, just
fairly A-O. Not sure it produced any diff feel or sound, but it was probably time
for fresh fluid on our '01. I have done it twice in the car's 8+ yr life.
