Mixture adjutment at cold start

Anyone can explain how the mixture is adjusted at cold start and which components are concerned? Although my 3.0i has no air leak and many parts are brand new (intake, ICV, CCV, vaccum hoses, spark plugs, etc...) it doesn't run perfect during the first 15 seconds after a cold start, not really rough and no codes, but not perfect.
