Car wouldn't start at all yesterday, ended up having to manually wire the Webasto to come on without the engine running, allowed to run for about 15 mins and then the car started first kick.

Decided to check the supply to the glow plugs, it appears that although the "pre-heater" message only shows on the screen for about 1 second the glow plugs heat for about 12 seconds then go off, I was a bit surprised that after the vehicle was running the glow plugs get power again!
