Brakes...anybody use these?

Has anybody ever used these brakes and rotors? Would you recommend them? Are they ok for an economical fix?

I would NOT use anything as critical as brake-related parts from an ebay vendor that carries unknown product name/lines.

Akebono, Hawk, EBC, Satisfied, etc some examples of reputable names. OEM BMW are some of the best, if not the best, performing pads but at the sacrifice of dust.

For rotors, my recommendation would be OEM or Brembo factory replacement. Other options can be found and a good site to gauge decent- or better-quality parts is Tirerack.com

Haven't used them, so no direct experience with these particular pads and rotors. However, the link is typical eBay hype, with many nonsensical claims. They also state that their pads don't squeal, and further that they include a rubber shim to place behind the pads to stop squealing. That can't be good for pedal feel. Compare prices at www.zeckhausenracing.com or other board sponsors. There, you would get Axxis or similar pads, Centric rotors (skip the drilled and slotted versions), and good service.
