You should send it to wheels america. My brother had his ACS wheels redone and they look amazing. They best part about it is that they have a fixed rate at $140 a wheel and they even give you a lifetime warranty on the finish. They fixed the bends perfectly like it was never there. We went to 2 other places before wheels america and they had variable rates which really increased the price because of fixing bends, polishing lips, and powdercoating the face. It was about $200 a wheel. Wheels america did not have all that and only had a set rate which really saved us money. Their website is www.wheelsamerica.com. Trust me when I say these guys do a good job. Also the sales rep knew alot about aftermarket wheels. He just looked at my brothers wheels and told us that they were ACS type 3 racing before we said anyting about the wheel. I also saw a guy with a pick up some HRE wheels when we walked in. The only wierd part I felt was that we dropped the wheels off and filled in paper work, but they didnt give us a reciept or a copy of the paper work just for reference. but 4 days later they called and we picked up the wheels and they looked amazing. Check if they are located near you, I went to the one in desoto tx, near dallas.

X5driver214,

Thinking of getting a new set, however the information you have posted has caused me to pause and look into this option again.

There are aftermarket wheels in the $800 per set range, not sure how good they are yet. If I had my wheels shipped from Seattle to the nearest Wheels America in San Fran, with shipping the cost may be close to a new set. I will give these guys a call and ask them about the quality of the wheels I have (Mille Miglia EVO 5 Sport), so far I havn't heard much positive and they have been discontinued. Might be time to cut my losses.
