Aftermarket radio install help!!?

Ok so I am planning on installing a pioneer avic f90bt in my 01 x5 4.4 with nav but I can't seem to find a wiring harness adapter for it anywhere, the only ones I can find for nav r 02+...if anyones knows where to find one I'd really appreciate it!!

Hi!

I used this one BHA9003. I believe i bought of e bay . It worked fine for my 05 x5.

I responded here ( u sent me an PM as well) so that others may benefit as well. The label says it works for only 2002-04 models but it worked on mine fine. my guess is that it may work on yours as well. if your getting it installed by a shop, they may have a harness already!

Good luck!

Did you ever find this harness? I'm trying to install an F90BT in my 01 as well. The factory looking harness that I got w/ the deck has a 10 pin male harness while the factory connections are a 12 pin female.

My 01 has no nav, no dsp, 10 speakers stock.

Yeah, it's double din. There are double din bezels for the X5 all over ebay and one particular seller w/ his own site, but I don't remember the name.

Best Sellers BMW Old to new Adapter

Use this harness and a 04-up aftermarket Nav harness...then wire it up to your pioneer radio harness..

Feeler

Just seeing if this is something someone would be interested in purchasing my bezel. It is a VERY solid piece, about 3/4"-1" thick, has universal bracketing attached for use w/ I'm guessing just about any double din deck. I'm 6'4" and have been accused of reclining my seat back enough to appear that I'm in the backseat If I sit upright like a "normal" person the angle is great, but that simply isn't how I sit in my X, especially on 8hr roadtrips back and forth from Seattle and Reno. I bought this from Sobi (his X5 in the pics, it's too cold in the garage to take new pics w/ my black interior ...unless that'll make or break the sale), I definately sit further back from the screen than he does, and he can confirm that it's a studry bezel and in great shape...for someone under 6' or sits more upright. I'm looking to sell this bezel and force myself to pay the difference to get a mybimmer.net bezel instead. I'd like to get at least like $150, maybe even shipped for it. Any takers?
