Did you figure out the problem?
My 3.0 2003 165K has rough idle/ stalling. Fires up but won't stay running. SES came on and gave P0102 (mass air flow meter). I replaced it and didn't help. I've read some other posts and although the code doesn't tell you, the idle speed (air) control valve may have gone bad? I'm going to replace it and hope it works.
