3 3 beeps behind dash, no indication of problem

My 2002 X5 will make 3 beeps occasionally, but there is no indication of a problem. In the past when it has done this there is a message, "washer fluid low" or something like that, but recently no message appears.

The beeps are an alert that the temp. outdoors is below 37 degrees -- beware of freezing conditions...

Not in Florida....I'd bet it's the Memo feature

Thanks to all who replied, I have determined that it was the hourly memo feature, as suggested by a couple of you.
