I did notice a big difference in the level of service I received from the old building to the new. I had my E46 subframe repair done at the old building and I was not too impressed with the service I received. A 35 million dollar facility may have stepped things up for them...the SA told me that with the new building, they had to increase their service revenue by 20% so maybe getting BMWNA to fork over some $$ is part of that. I am working with Bill Powell - from what he said he is the senior service advisor there. Pretty cool guy actually and not the button-up type you would expect to find in a $35M facility. I think it has a whole lot to do with the SA that you are forwarded to. I will keep you posted...still there and he said he would call on Monday.

Yep, they turned me off with their attitude in the old building. So, I have been dealing with Kevin at Imola (great facility and happy about their service) but he is still a bit "green" using the GT1. Good luck with BMWNA, hope they do the right thing.
