Legally I cannot post the documents here. But to anyone who wants to install it, it's basically the wiring harness from an N52 intake manifold retrofitted to the M54. All hoses that you'd normally replace are wrapped in an eletric blanket with a temperature sensor which turns on the DME main relay to supply power to the intake manifold.. It's about $3500 in parts.

OUCH bro! $3500 is pretty steep vs $350 for something that can be replaced for much less, minus labor of course.
