Back windshield fluid is on all the time

Hi all
Tonight I turned my back windshield wiper on without spraying fluid "it was cold outside" ,the wiper blade moved once or twice and then the fluid kept running and running out of the back nozzle on the top of the windshield. I was on the highway and it leaked all the fluid . I stopped the car and the washer fluid kept running and the winshield didn't wanna move. the fron wiper blades working just fine . I put more fluid and the motor kept running untill I took the fuse off. Put the fuse back on after a while and still the fluid is coming constantly out of the back nozle!
any suggestions?
