Removing roof rails?

Well just the other day I removed my roof rails to see if it looks good or not. However I did like how clean it looked. Anyways there are holes that are in the roof for the rails to bolt on and I wanted to know if anyone makes some kind of covers to put over the holes. Any suggestions are welcome.

I used silicone around the plugs and snap it in you need 8 of 11/16 and 2 of 5/8
