Help/Passenger Door Will not open

I’m unable to open the p/s door. Inside and outside handle will not open the door. I have manage to get access to the inside of the door by taken off the door panel. The problem is what inside that I need to touch, move or pull to release the latch to get the door open.

All other doors lock and unlock via the remote and center button. I have done a reset by removing the battery connector. I have read over 200 or more post on frozen door lock assy and carrier replacements. But all don’t say how to get you door when the lock is failed. Any suggesting.
