Are you looking for a drive shaft or the axles?

Sorry, I need an up to 04/2000 left side drive axle. its 27mm instead of later models which is 29mm. Im tempted to go aftermarket.

What is the dealer price on an output shaft?

If you are looking to save money, you can always try Bavauto again. I think they are listing them for $175.

Wow...I found one for $554.05 from an online BMW dealer. Yikes! I didn't know there was a difference. Learn something new everyday.

I wonder if it's the same problem as my car. I can feel the shake on the floor, gas pedal and seat cruising or accelerating 60-75mph. Dealer looked at the axles and said they were fine.

I took a look at my axles yesterday. with my suspension lowered three inches I noticed the axle was so angled on either side no wonder this vibration is there. Im going to raise the x about an inch higher and than see how it feels. I wonder if the axles from bavauto will solve my problem. not bad for 175.00..

Time to take it to another dealership. I have not been able to look underneath yet. Waiting to finish the rear air hoses for susp. I just want to cruise to the June meet. Hope I get there
