Thank you all for the good advice. I just noticed a few minutes ago that the seller has relisted the wheels under a new listing number. I will inform eBay about this and will see what happens. The lesson learned is only do business with sellers that use Paypal.

trying to contact bidder and send warning several times (by sending link of this thread) but ebay's "contact member " feature is unavailable at this time. can somebody try again?
