Exclamation 2003 X5 (3.0) High Mileage Maintenance

I have a 2003 X5 3.0L with 95,000 miles. (majority Highway)
Basic maintenance has always been done as I plan to keep this car.
I have already replaced:
Front tie rod ends
propellor shaft & transfer case
front end C/V joints & diveshafts
battery
secondary air pump.
Idle / emissions plate & tube

Is there anything I should be aware of reaching this mileage?
Top end rebuild?
Transmission Maintenance?
Waterpump / radiator ?
Original belts...

Thanks,
Adam.

Aside from all the normal stuff that breaks, I'd say the transmission might be your biggest worry aside from the transfer case that you have already replaced. From what I've come to understand is 100K is the lifetime of the transmission . . . some go more, some don't make it there. As far as servicing the tranny goes, I've read some posts in here regarding transmission service at higher mileages and how that might be tied to transmission failure but I don't know for sure. At the very least, just keeping the transmission topped off with enough fluid . . . and cross your fingers!

I am 200 miles away from 100k on my 04 3.0i. Here are things besides typical maintenance that I've had fail on me or serviced for preventative maintenance:

Complete cooling system overhaul - Hoses and Components
Fan Clutch
DISA Intake Manifold adjuster unit
Pre-Cat o2 sensors
Transmission Filter/Fluid service
Differential Fluid Service
Thrust Arm Bushings (Front)
Rear Subframe Bushings

I believe if you've taken care of your car and had the right people working on it, you should be fine past 100k.
