Exclamation 2003 X5 (3.0) High Mileage Maintenance

I have a 2003 X5 3.0L with 95,000 miles. (majority Highway)
Basic maintenance has always been done as I plan to keep this car.
I have already replaced:
Front tie rod ends
propellor shaft & transfer case
front end C/V joints & diveshafts
battery
secondary air pump.
Idle / emissions plate & tube

Is there anything I should be aware of reaching this mileage?
Top end rebuild?
Transmission Maintenance?
Waterpump / radiator ?
Original belts...

Thanks,
Adam.
