I got the Arnott struts complete with new air springs and installed them myself in a couple of hours in my garage. If you are handy with tools, it's a fairly easy job. Otherwise, any competent suspension shop should be able to do it. It shouldn't take more than 2 or 3 hours and no other parts need to be replaced other than the struts and spring bags (unless you have something else that's broken).
