I got few washers from the auto parts store, the bolt is 6mm so you need to make sure it fits the bolt. The new washer was a bit larger, so I use a dremmel with grinding stone and remove some... to make it fit inside the clutch channel. Finally, one new washer +2 original and the gap is 3 sheets of paper wide...that's it. The AC finally works, the clutch engaged and air is cold again!!! Thanks you all!
