It's actually very simple although it might seem intimidating. After you do it once, you'll know you can do it again in about 1hr. Beisan Systems has an awesome write up.

Beisan writeup is very thorough. You do need a pretty good selection of tools.
I've done this DIY. You will spill a lot of oil FYI but I think it's worth the effort. |
