Arrow Xenon Headlight Tech Question - Help!

I recently bought a very nice Xenon headlight off of Ebay. The projector and the highbeam light are loose within the housing. The projector moves and also the lowbeam moves... in tandem. They are connected and seem to see-saw or pivot. As far as I know this part of the light is supposed to be stable and not move.

Is this an easy fix? Did something just come loose?

Thanks!

The projector housing is loose because the adjustable knobs are been adjusted to poiting down too low and cuase the pivot pin to come off . You need to turn the adjustable knobs and keep turning it ...it will be attach agian.

Look behind the triangular cover. Is the stepper motor there? If so is it attached to the part that pivots?

adjusters could be broken. this is a common problem with the e39 xenon headlights. it can be fixed.

Ok, you guys were spot on... the adjuster shaft was disconnected from the lights... Now my next issue.

The headlight has the motor and the projector but no wire going from the projector to the ballast??? And when I look in at the projector there seems to be no place to clip the wire onto the projector ??? It is just straight accross without the place to clip the wire. Also, there isn't even a hole for the wire from the ballast to the projector ???

Now I have an X5 with the front end disassembled and no headlight. Argggg!!!!

Is this headlight no good for what I need?? Can I adapt the wire?? I have three other headlights which work to get parts from (they all have bad lenses). Should I just get another headlight?? I really don't want to have to bake it to open it. If that is the case I will send this one back.....

If someone can answer asap I really appreciate it!!!!! Help!!

This sounds like a face-lift headlamp but without a pic......
