Drain tubes clogging from the sunroof is pretty much the most common cause of cabin leaks in every modern car. It's not a manufacturer's fault, it's the owner's fault for not keeping the lines clear from debris.

*tip* don't park under trees.

I kind of with you Brother, because where I park, trees are killing me
The more closer I parked in front of my house, the much debris I got
from those trees...

so did you figure it out? I cleaned them myself. you have to remove HPS covers(one bolt) and you will see those rubber wires where the water travels... you can then take off sun cover, hand holder and pull the headlighner down a little to take them out, clean them and then seal them in place.

I've just read your input regarding on cleaning the "headliner sunwoof"
And I found it kind of interesting to follow However, I got upthere
yesterday, trying to locate this holes they were taking about where water
be going through by the sunroof. And I saw the two front located:
left and right, but the right hole side which is rolling water through the passenger side seemed king of blocked with debris.

I cleaned them out of the way, but I would need some vacuum tube to
fully remove all of them. Although, I'm looking tightly to see if this flooded
mat issue came from really by the sunroof holes being blocked.

I'll keep you guys up to date

Updated!!!
This problem having my carpet mats flooded everytime it's raining seemed to be solved
for me. After several time looked @ what some folks suggested above to clean
the top front corner hole in the sunroof. However, one of mine were clogged
with some debris coming from the trees, and as we all know it's been
raining alot for the last couples days. Every since cleaned, I've not noticed
any flooded carpet yet.
