Help needed!! (angel eyes) problem solved with pic

I bought a projector headlight from ebay which comes with the halo rings.
I had the headlight installed but just found out that they didn't send me inverters and wiring harness for those rings! There are plain wires from the headlight sticking out of the headlight.

Can I tab it to the parking light wires without the inverters? If not, what should I buy? I am really lost. I will appreciate any kind of input. Thanks!
