Is my car bad luck?

I'm thinking my car has some bad "fung shway". Since I bought my car... gas went up to $5/gal two months later (07/2008), my business started to decline, now to a point where I'm making nothing. My cat convrtr melted, pano moonroof got stuck (luckily BMW fixed it b4 i got to 50k even though it was 5 yrs old), my cig lighter is stuck, thermostat went out, Hurt my knee for the first time in my life and had to have surgery. And now Warranty Direct says the new problems in my car are not "covered". I think this is BS!

I have majorcare coverage to 2012 and 100k miles with them and they said none of these are covered....
1. outer cv boots
2. front thrust rod bushing (control arms)
3. power steering suction hose return line

I assumed that they would at least cover control arms b/c it is stated in the contract. What a waste of $3500!

Any thoughts? I think I need a drink...
