Exclamation Anyone in Germany who could ask a dealer about some elusive accessories?
BMW accessories has included a few E53 X5 items literally now for a few years that seem to perpetually be listed as "on request" with no part numbers of any kind. USA dealers barely have a clue about USA accessories so forget about ones listed in Europe only so far. So if there is anyone currently in Germany, ideally Munich where I would think they would know the most about all things BMW, who would have a few minutes to track down a couple of items, please send me a PM. Thanks!

That's weird, because when I googled Marten I got this. And quite honestly I am not in need of a repellent for it.

The MR is on realOEM. I suppose they martens a real enough problem that they put this thing in to keep them away.

Yeah I know, I was just kidding. I remember seeing one years and years ago in a BMW catalog (3 series I think) and I thought it was a joke. Then I saw one installed and spoke to someone who had mice/rats eat the hoses and cables on their car when it was sitting for a few weeks. Cool feature, but I guess they've done away with it over time.
