Repoman is on a distinguished road
55K out of fronts and backs are looking like another 5K which will put them at 71K. You can tell that I don't drive it that hard but it sure acts like I do by the amount of parts that continously fail.

Maybe you should try braking more and, driving less. ...

DKL: Maybe the manual trans helps; dunno.
I do have to roll down the Mtn, for 4+ miles
whenever I leave my Mtn house driveway...
I suspect all those road trips to NJ/NY help alot
as braking is seldom over the course of those 700 mile humps.

i did my brake pads on 110 000 km,30 d-2004.manual gearbox.

consider yourself lucky you don't have a range rover - those numbers might be reversed

Isn't that what owning a not so new/ out of warranty BMW now means? Being Mended Weekly?
