Subwoofer question!!!!!!!

Im looking to purchase the Jl Audio Stealth box subwoofer. I currently have the standard stereo with no sub at all not even the OEM one.

Will I need to completly wire everything to the sub or is there already a sub wiring system already there from BMW?

Oh, and abou sub... When the protector door or (however it's called) is closed It's hitting alot, and making unconfortable sounds, when i remove it it's alot smoother... But it has alot of electronics there so i dont know if itd safe to keep it off. And doesnt look good either... Any ideas on what can be done? If anything at all is possible.

No one really answered that question.... If you have No DSP,Bluetooth,NAV or Subwoofer will the required wiring still be in place to wire a Sub and Amp from BMW stock?

Thanks
