Coilovers over AirShocks& Susp inactive warning delete

Finally, I have been able to delete the SUSP INactive warning that was constantly on my cluster after the coilspring retrofit in the rear over airshocks. I thank all who have assisted me in this project and you know who you are. But, I have to give the blue ribbon to Killcrap. That Mofo knows what he is doing.LOL without him I would have been unable to determine the new SA code to recode the computer for no warning. AFter receiving the new code I was fully equipped with twinspoppa's GT1 v4.3(Thanks you for letting me use your beautiful machine). The whole process took about 20 minutes and all was well after the recoding. The steps were very straight forward and easier than installing swaybars and well worth the dyas of effort to sort things out before it all went down. My advice is to contact Killcrap for your new SA code since every X5 is different and then get yourself to a gt1 and follow this easy procedure:
Select CODERIUNG/ZCSFA
Select E53
Select Recode
Select IKE
input VIN/Milage if prompted.
When asked to change SA, do so with the new code.

Then do the same with EWS
and recode the ZKE/GM module, and the LCM module.

funny rich, i told my friend that right before I saw your post TODAY,LMAO
No spacers yet, not sure what size to get. maybe 5mm in front and 15mm in the rear. heres some pics detailed right before the tristate meet. thank god it didnt rain

hows it feel compared to the air suspension? im contemplating swapping mine out as well. is it a lot stiffer in the bends?

The KW rear shocks could be a little bit stiffer IMO. the front rides great but once your doing 100 certain dips in the road will have the rear a little wobbly. I wonder if the KW shocks could use 20mm shorter shock piston. overall I am very happy and the look and better cornering are a great addition on the X

I'd like to do this setup on my wifes 04 4.8, anyone have success on the 4.8's or does it not matter, air suspension is air suspension?
