Smile Coilovers over AirShocks& Susp inactive warning delete

Since MrBMWX5 (Tom) has performed a drop on his x5 using lowering springs and Bilstien HD shocks on preexisting rear air suspension with no problems I have sprung the confidence to install the rear KW coilovers over my 2001 4.4 sport with rear air suspension. I ordered the KW coilover kit for a 3.0 x5 with no air suspension and that is what I will install. It just seems that an x5 can only be lowered 2.5" using this setup. Once the air shocks are lowered over an inch they extend the shocks too much and there is a loss of control with the rear and it gets too bouncy and dangerous. RichiRich has the KW coilovers and he loves the look and feel so this is what it is. pics and diy to follow once the parts come in.

Update to the list of parts:
kw front coilovers
new front upper mounts& bearings
Eibach swaybars front & rear
rear upper spring seats(oem)
kmac rear toe bushings
oem rear ball joints
new rear oem swaybar endlinks
Kw rear coilovers

*********Finally, I have been able to delete the SUSP INactive warning that was constantly on my cluster after the coilspring retrofit in the rear over airshocks. I thank all who have assisted me in this project and you know who you are. But, I have to give the blue ribbon to Killcrap. That Mofo knows what he is doing.LOL without him I would have been unable to determine the new SA code to recode the computer for no warning. AFter receiving the new code I was fully equipped with twinspoppa's GT1 v4.3(Thanks you for letting me use your beautiful machine). The whole process took about 20 minutes and all was well after the recoding. The steps were very straight forward and easier than installing swaybars and well worth the dyas of effort to sort things out before it all went down. My advice is to contact Killcrap for your new SA code since every X5 is different and then get yourself to a gt1 and follow this easy procedure:
Select CODERIUNG/ZCSFA
Select E53
Select Recode
Select IKE
input VIN/Milage if prompted.
When asked to change SA, do so with the new code.

Then do the same with EWS
and recode the ZKE/GM module, and the LCM module.

*This procedure has been brought to you from the expertise of KILLCRAP
Thanks dude!!!!!!
