60mph vibration re fullrun tyres

Hi all just a quick post to see if anyone has come across the fullrun tyre brand? and if they have suffered the same 60 mph shake that i have?

After many ballances the problem persists, the car has been fully checked and no mechanical problems have been found and my garage guy thinks that the tyres are the culprits.Upper and lower control arms have been recently replaced and the alloys appear fine.

After fiititing the spare last night to both sides and test driving it does seem to half the vibration the spare has a michelin on, so before I go and buy 2 Michelin tyres or Continental? I just wondered if anyone has had a similar issue with these 'Budget' tyres??
