Wow. Never heard of it. It is BMW recommended because I just looked over my maintenance plan and it doesn't mention blinker fluid maintenance. Could it be lifetime fill?

Depends on the number of cylinders you have.
Just add to the master cylinder.

sweet thanks! I just flushed the hazard light fluid so i'll do the same for the turn signals with some leftover dot 3 brake fluid.

The manufacturer recommends using a special pilot wrench, to remove the nut behind the wheel. Details in the link.
