First Accident in the X

Ok, so I am really bummed. Pulling out of a parking lot last night a lady in a mini van decided to take a right from the left hand lane into the front of my X - draging the entire side of the mini van along my front bumper. No one was hurt so I guess its a good thing but I just wanted to cry when I picked up my front bumber and put it in the trunk. Oh, and remember guy's I am female before you make any comments about women drivers :p I was pretty impressed that other than a a big rash and a little shifting the X didn't really get dented - the entire side of the mini van was caved in, just shows how solid the X is.

My only question - Do you think there is a difference between a BMW certified shop vs any normal body shop? My uncle owns a body shop but when I called BMW last night they said to take it to a certified BMW shop Any suggestions?
