Red face New to This (Angel Eyes) need a little help.

I have read all the articles, still I am confused

I have a 2006 X5 4.4i
What I am trying to accomplish:
1. purchase of Hyper white angel eyes
2. Have both rings on at the same time. (or is it hi beams only?)
3. Get my fogs to match up to the color of my angel eyes.
4. No error codes, no flicker once lights are installed.
price range: 400.00 for all parts.

Questions:
1. which angel eye kit will accomplish this?
(I would like to make the purchase just once)

2. which fog light purchase will match AE hyper white color?
It seems everything I read is geared to 2001-2003 X5's

I am pretty good at doing my own work, as long as I have good instructions and the correct parts.

Any recommendations, I might have forgot.
