Led tail lights flickering

Hey guys, I just installed my new LED tail light I got off of ebay, from zomkspeed. I have a 2004 3.0 x5 and the taillights seem to flicker when the break is not pressed, can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

You got the harness right? check to see if theres any wires that maybe faulty. And i believe someone had that problem b4 and did a small mod to fix it.

So are capacitors only necessary for 03+? I have an 01 and I am having the tailight problems and I want the LEDS, but I'm not sure if I need the capacitors.
