Strange tire problem...
I had my winter rims/tires put on about three weeks ago.. Then the car sat for about two weeks. I started driving it again about two days ago and I notice the tires feel weird.. On the highway the car kind of feels like it's floating. When I turn right, it feels like I have to turn the wheel a lot more to make the turn.. Also, today I had to make a 90-mile roundtrip drive all on the highway. When I arrived after driving ~45 miles, I could have sworn I had a flat tire.. The car felt sooooo strange.. Sitting at a stoplight, it took a lot of effort to turn the wheel. I'm pretty sure the tires are mounted wrong. However, is there anything else it could be? I'm going to have the dealer look at it next week when I have my M Wheel installed
, but I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions. Could it be that I'm just used to driving on performance tires, and the snow tires are normal?TIA, CJ
