Sirius Install With NAVAnd (digital) DSP

Hey guys,
I've scoured this site for install help with my 2001 X5 with CD Changer, Nav and DSP. All instructions mention extending the 6pin cable (after removing it from the CD Changer) to the Sirius receiver. There has never been a 6pin cable plugged into the back of my changer as it connects to my DSP amp via coax. How can I get around this?
Please help, thoroughly confused.
