few issues with the X

I searched and didn't come up with much.

First off, the rear camber. It has to be a popular issue because I see it on almost all X's I see around town. Will a simple alignment fix it or do I need to replace some of the wear parts back there. It is up to 100k miles now..
it can be seen in the pic:

And secondly, not even a big issue, but the "sport shift" if you will, doesn't work. If i click it over, and try to shift it myself, nothing happens. It never has worked, but it was never too big of a concern to me. Just curious, that's all.

Thanks in advance!

Your camber looks better than average. No need to worry

On my 3.0 when you put it into the sport shift at first it goes right into D5, but if you click it back (pull back) it goes to first gear, then with each click back it goes up in gear.

If that is what you are doing, then I don't know what could be wrong.

Yeah I've tried every combo possible. But even on the cluster, nothing changes. It just stays in D.

Check the toe setting if you're getting excessive inner tire wear (you should be OK if your camber is less than -2 degree)

the switch or sensor might be bad or loose in the console.
