Use the back of the vinyl to draw your pattern. 1st draw 90 degree angles with a fine pencil. I used a protractor to measure the radius of the roundel, then transfer that measurement onto the vinyl back, I used surgical scissors to cut the arc of the roundel. Simple and easy
